Appointments, Deposits, and Service Conditions
By booking with Space City Luxe Detailing, you agree to the service selected, the estimated service time, and the total shown at checkout (including any approved add-ons). Some appointments may require a deposit to hold your slot; deposits apply toward your final total unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time (keys, location, and access details). If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, or if service is delayed due to missing access, we may need to reschedule and the deposit may be forfeited to cover reserved time. Service times are estimates and can vary based on vehicle condition, contamination level, and weather.
Ceramic Coating Conditional Warranty (Care Requirements)
Any ceramic coating protection offered by Space City Luxe Detailing includes a conditional warranty that depends on proper care and maintenance.
To keep your coating warranty active, you agree to the following:

Hand washes only. Use safe wash methods (two-bucket method or foam + gentle microfiber wash, clean drying towels).

No automated car washes. Any tunnel wash, brush wash, or automated wash machine use voids the warranty, as it can cause marring and degrade coating performance.

Maintenance checkups every 6 months are required. These checkups allow us to inspect coating condition, address buildup, and recommend maintenance steps to preserve performance. Missing the 6-month checkup window may void the warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper washing, neglect, environmental damage (sap, bird droppings, industrial fallout) left on the surface too long, accidents, bodywork, repainting, or damage caused by third parties.
Our Work Guarantee (Redo Policy)
We take pride in consistent, high-quality results. If something doesn’t match reasonable expectations for the service booked, we will make it right.

Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion with a brief description (photos help).

We will schedule a redo/touch-up for the specific area(s) in question within a reasonable timeframe based on availability.

This guarantee applies to the services performed and does not cover new damage, stains, or issues that occur after completion, or conditions that were discussed as permanent/limited due to material wear.
