Cancellation Policy

Appointments are available by reservation only. A valid card is required to reserve an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in promotional offers being forfeited. Additional program-specific terms may apply.
